How do subscription blooms work?
Pick your subscription
Select a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. Choose the size and colour scheme of your bouquets.
Pop in your details
Take 2 minutes to enter your delivery and payment information and add any notes for our florists.
Enjoy your blooms
Wait until the first Friday of the month for your blooms to arrive and find the perfect spot to show them off!
Change or cancel
If you need to change your subscription at any time you can log in to your account or give us a call.

How do the payments work?
The first payment for your subscription will be taken on the day you purchase it. Each month, a payment will be automatically taken from your nominated account on the same date until the subscription ends or you cancel it. You can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
We know you’re going to love your subscription but If you need to cancel at any time, for any reason, you can log in and do so. Just make sure you do it before that monthly payment is taken.
Can I order a monthly subscription for someone else as a gift?
Absolutely, it’s the perfect gift! When you get to the checkout you’ll be able to fill out the details of the recipient and add a personal message for them separately to the billing information.
Where do you deliver subscription blooms?
We deliver to Southampton, Bitterne, Bitterne Park, Thornhill, Sholing, Harefield, Burseldon, Portswood, Weston, Botley, Bishops Waltham, Hedge End, Hamble, Totton, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Chilworth, Fairoak, Locksheath, Lorshill, Millbrook, Swanmore, Curdridge, North Baddesley, Rownhams, Fareham, Gosport Hythe, Lyndhurst, Romsey, Stubbington, Titchfield, Whiteley, Winchester.
When do I get my delivery?
You’ll receive your first subscription delivery 2 working days after you sign up. Thereafter, you’ll receive your delivery 2 working days after each payment is made every month.
What happens if i’m not home when it arrives?
Fear not! If you aren’t home when we deliver we will always try to leave your blooms in a safe space (you can write this in your notes when you order) and we’ll always leave you a delivery card to tell you where they are.
What will I receive?
We’ll deliver a new design every month but you can decide the size and general colour scheme of your bouquets. You might prefer bright and bold colours or want to keep it neutral. You can also opt for a ‘mix’ if you want something different each month.
What do I do with it when it arrives?
Your blooms will have been lovingly prepared and arranged by us so you don’t need to much more than find a vase and the perfect spot to enjoy them. Make sure you read the ‘flower care’ card they come with so they last for longer.
Can I opt for eco packaging?
Yes you can! When you choose your subscription you’ll see the option to select ‘eco packaging’ which means your blooms will be wrapped in paper and string instead of plastic and tape.
